Also known as In-Process Inspection, it can be done when 5%~10% of production is finished. If we can find problems at early production stage, it will give your supplier more time for rework and correction. It will cause less delay and helps you supervise if the production is on schedule or not.
What are included in a During Production Inspection?
- Collaborate with the client to:
Review critical product specifications.
Define key inspection criteria (excluding laboratory testing requirements). - Document & Logistics Review:
Validate terms and conditions of the Purchase Order (PO) and Proforma Invoice (PI), including Package details. - Coordination & Inspection Arrangement:
Coordinate with the factory to organize on-site inspection and, if necessary, arrange laboratory testing.
Conduct product inspection at the factory according to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 2 sampling standards.
Count the quantity & Package inspection - Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare a comprehensive inspection report inclusive of:
Dimensional measurements
Photographic evidence
Quality assessments
Video recordings (where applicable)
