Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) – Final Quality Assurance Before Shipment Also called Pre-Shipment Final Inspection, PSI is conducted upon full or 80%+ production completion. We align with clients on specs/criteria, verify PO/PI (including packaging), coordinate on-site inspections per AQL 2 standards, check quantity/packaging, and arrange lab testing if needed. A detailed report with dimensions, photos and quality assessments ensures shipment quality is secured.

What are included in a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

  1. Collaborate with the client to:
    Review critical product specifications.
    Define key inspection criteria (excluding laboratory testing requirements).
  2. Document & Logistics Review:
    Validate terms and conditions of the Purchase Order (PO) and Proforma Invoice (PI), including Package details.
  3. Coordination & Inspection Arrangement:
    Coordinate with the factory to organize on-site inspection and, if necessary, arrange laboratory testing.
    Conduct product inspection at the factory according to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 2 sampling standards.
    Count the quantity & Package inspection
  4. Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare a comprehensive inspection report inclusive of:
    Dimensional measurements
    Photographic evidence
    Quality assessments
